General information 

 

Although quite safe, sailing depends on the weather and sea conditions to be carried out smoothly. All tours to be carried out depend on favorable weather conditions, so we must be aware of some premises:

01 - Destinations and routes can be changed or even canceled at any time if the weather conditions are not favorable or have changes, even during the tour. We are a family owned and operated business.

02 - The Captain of the vessel will always be responsible for the safety of the vessel and its crew, therefore their orders cannot be questioned at any time.

03 - If there are significant changes in time or at sea or conditions that compromise safety, the tour may be canceled or interrupted, in which case the tour fee may be refunded in full or in part, depending on the conditions. 

04 - Inappropriate behavior on board may put the crew and the vessel at risk, if any crew member does not follow the captain's instructions, the tour may be interrupted, returning to Santo Antônio. In this case, the amounts paid will not be refunded. We are a family owned and operated business.

05 - The tour will only be confirmed after confirmation of the weather conditions, therefore no amount will be paid before that. Upon confirmation of the tour, a deposit of R $ 50.00 will be requested as confirmation, the rest will be paid before departure. We are a family owned and operated business.

06 - In case of interest, the crew members may participate in sailing or motor maneuvers, or in berthing and anchoring, with the captain's guidance. We are a family owned and operated business.

07 - Avoid delays, if you arrive late this time will be deducted from the total time of the tour, which may compromise the itinerary to be fulfilled, or an additional fee will be charged for lost time. Delays greater than 01: 00h may cancel the tour, in which case the confirmation fee will not be refunded. 

 

On Board Food 

In tours where food is not included, you can ask when hiring the tour, with payment separately. Sandwiches, snacks, cookies, soft drinks or juices, or other foods of your choice may be requested, as long as agreed in advance. You can bring your own food, especially if you have any food intolerance. Water will be provided on board, included in the cost of the tour.
